    It is obvious that the 4th ip dhcp excluded address should be
    ip dhcp excluded address 10.100.1.200 10.100.1.255

    now if you created a dhcp pool from 10.1.1.10 – 10.1.1.246, do you really need to create an explicit exclusion range? from the scope/pool we only have the addresses from 10 – 246 to allocate the IP addresses it won’t include the ranges outside of this scope.
