    Question 2 is not 100% correct. Not enough info provided.

    The answer is B if using CUPC ver 7
    The answer is F if using CUPC ver 8

    @Geo In Question 2, they tell you it is version 7 because the Product Type is CUPC. If it was a Product Type of Cisco Unified Client Services Framework, than it is version 8.
    With v7, name has to be preceded with UPC. With v8, nothing needs to precede the name.
