Yesterday I passed the CVoice 642-436 but now im not sure if go for Qos or CIPT1 & 2.-
What do you think?

Track is usually done in this order:

CVOICE
CIPT1
CIPT2
QOS
TUC

But you can do it in whatever order you would like.

Look at Voicetut in appropriate section you will find the answer. Doesn’t matter if it is looks old but still valid as I have passed both of them two weeks ago so you better hurry up and don’t west time because you must have about new track.

Hi Everyone

I am visiting this site every day but looks like not many are taking this TUC exam.

Anyway I have passed this exam with 841/1000 today. It’s not a very good score but well pass is pass.

All dumps listed on this site is still valid. Not many comment on here lately but Voicetut is still very useful.

I have study CBT Nuggets and books and then dumps.

Study very care fully about the TRACE File log to find the error as I had more than 8 or 9 questions about this topic. Also Unity Voice mail q’s.

Only one DnD.

I have used P4 and PG but they both identical. P4 you should able to download but as I have said study the trace questions well because they very confusing even if you study the dump.
As far as I remembered the MC answer were same in most trace q’s and they keep change the q’s wording.

Dumps has only 98 q’s but you can easily get carried away. The actual exam has more choice in answer than you will see in dumps so that will confuse you if try to cram it without study.

I have purchased pass-guaranteed and they are also same. Try searching on google you should be able to find it but won’t be much different.

Finally I did it, CCNP voice!!
TUC was really the most difficult exam, no clear reference for the course, only one reference which was issued at 2004 and can’t be comapred in anyway with CIPT1,2 or CVOICE references. CBTnuggets are so summarized, and lot of doubtful answers at dumps, and lot if discussions without reaching final answer!
What I was really thinking why there is dedicated exam for troubleshooting, complete section for trace can be added to CIPT1 course for example and small section at each main topic which should be related to this tpic diagonestics.
anyway I have the descision to answer what I think and conclude is right, and what is important that I pass!
I really would like to thank God at first, secondly the sharing spirit here at Voicetut or 9tut or other forums, I’m not only talking about dumps as these can be found easily, but the way people share their experience, their impressions and their feedback not only before the exam but after the exam also.
one thing I finally would like to mention, I finish my CCVP track in the following order: Cvoice, QoS, CIPT1, CIPT2 and TUC which I guess is the intend for most CCVP candidates. What I really recommend is to begin with CIPT1, CIPT2, Cvoice, QoS and TUC. in Cvoice I get most of the course but I was thinking there:what’s the point from all of these complicated configuration stuff (dial peers, COR, GK, VoIP protocols and GW) to be configured on few FXS’s connected to router!! It’s like looking to one single part of a picture before seeing the full picture. In CIPT1&2 you will have the full picture, and at the same time Cvoice will be introduced in really clear, simple and direct way in these 2 courses.

Actually I used CBTnuggets and refer back to google search for any unclear topic such as traces example, also I used my experience knowledge in previous CCVP exams.
the only reference I can found is 642-426 TUC – IP Telephony Troubleshooting Student Guide v4.0 – 618 pág which was released 2004. It’s not really useful as other CCVP courses references.
the dumps which I use for exam are 98 qusestions P4S and 49 question Certifyme by DGrayman.
Here are some hints of how you can search required materials: to search for dumps the best site you can find these stauff easily is examcollection.com, just go to this site and search for these dumps under 642-426 section. For videos and documents the best site is careercert.info, also I usually used 4shared.com where many

Thank you for the response. I visited examcollection.com, everything went successfully but final stage did not finish well. I saved .vce and .pdf(acrobat) then I downloaded trial win 32 RAR software and installed but file is not opened. Opened one is sample but not any thing related with TUC as usual in other sofftware downloading. do you suggest any bettwer way?. Finally, I am kindly asking let me please how could download the software inorder to view the questions.I do not see anywhere they aske any payment??.OR if you have any copy send me please following address stevan2009@bell.net.
However, still I need to download the software among .vce,acrbat,.pdf or anything else ??.One of these must be needed to view the files?!

The dumps every used so far is valid but this the last exam you take. Have you passed all these ? Cvoice,CIPT 1 2 and Qos as without this it will be worthless for real world ? If you know all this then it will be easier than others.

Reniith’s (sept/7) comments about website was very helpful on my exam. I have passed. I suggest go and read the questions and understand the concept. Media rosourrce, log files and Moh are little harder never get to know me except in exam centre.But you do not panic when you know the concept. Read or ask following questions and clarify from any knowledgeable resource:
1. With Given scenarios why can’t Mgcp gate way not working ? either needed 2 nd gate way registeration or redundant gate way.. what we needed?
2. Why pstn fails.. What will happen when WAN fails?.. What are the functions of codecs and how it was configured when two different types codecs are presented?..
3. ” D” chanels?.. what is the way it is inter act with Pstn?
4.Should we configure MOH in both places or only in HQ ? Can we use in Remote side?
Why it heard like ‘beep’ sound but did not hear expected music?
5.Route pattern1136 anwer for best route pattern 1[14]XX or 1[1-4] XX or 113! ?
6. Gate keeper registration : Interface config wrong ? or Id name wrong ?or encapsulation config whether needed or not?
7.Cause value = 38 so on….

Just passed TUC with a score of 958.

Please make sure you master your trace files. There were several simlets in the exam with trace files that were not in the dumps.

But the multiple choice questions are quite valid, only s few changes to be made, but once you watch CBT Nuggets you will have no problem.

@M.Osama, Use the Ahmed 98Q dump and DGram 48Q dump and Ahmed 4Q dump. But they are not 100% valid. You have to master your trace files. There are several questions in the exam where you have to go through plenty of trace file output.

well guys just passed today with 958 points ,studied p4s 98 and certify me 48 thats it,
just relax and as for tracing questions yes they came and i couldnt solved them just guessed the answer so didnt care about those question just pass the exam with the other question no need to worry about tracing questionsn and good luck

will never know that ,for those type of answers i choose the answers of 48 but for one answer is wrong in 48 which is SDL trace (correct) not SDI TRACE(INCORRECT)

the dumps stile valid ( 48 , 98 ,4 ) there was 4 new Qs about the MOH mak your 48 your first reference becuse most of the exam came from the 48Q

Cisco confirmed that they issue CCNP Voice instead of CCVP

why this 642-426.v2010-10-04.by.DGrayman.48q, define CIPT2 in CertExam not TUC. is that some problem?

Passed TUC today with 920 and become CCNP-Voice. All questions from Q98,Q48 and lastly 4Q. Thanks to Voice Tut and everyone who posted comments here . All the best to all. My suggestion to all is Just go throuth the CBT’s and then Cisco official docs. Finally before the exam follow the dumps. Plese keep in touch through Voice tut.

Guys cleared my TUC got 890/1000, i am now CCNP VOICE 🙂
i used CBT Nuggets, TUC Quick reference guide as my study material. I used D.Grayman, AhmedASA 98q, AhmedASA 4q.vce , please read this you can pass the exam, not sure where i went wrong.

do you realize there are some question which are same with CIPT2 exam in D.Grayman, AhmedASA 98q as you use for TUC exam?
so use all this exam we can pass it? and also does any simulation in TUC?

@potra : it is very difficult to pass the exam just by reading the dumps as there are a lot of simlets where you have to go through the router debugs and CCM trace files. So, you have learn to study the traces. You can use TUC quick reference guide

I wish you very best luck for the exam. All the questions are from Q98 and there were 2 Simulators which were covered in the Q98 as individual and only one D&D. You can score easily 940 with that. CCIE-Voice will cover all the core CCVP Stuff and labs which will be useful for the interviews.

just TUC u will be CCVP
coz after finishing Cvoice you have the CCNA Voice with it
so u will be CCVP after passing the last exam

Anonymous@Check your certification progress under cisco.com if your CCNP voice box is completely filled then no need to go for any other paper if not ,you have to clear the Cvoice 642-436.
