Letter B is the correct answer. Allow control of device from CTI is an option visible in the configuration phone page and is necessary but it doesn’t appear in the control group page. Roger that ?

Thanks. I have realized that Allow Control of Device from CTI is not an Access Control Group. But it is also required for enabling desk phone mode in Jabber. So yes, B is the correct answer. Thank you! 🙂

Passed 350-801 CLCOR recently.

FYI, the Passleader 175Q is not enough to pass, you need to study !! learn voice-translation rules over and over. learn dial-peers, codecs, regions, locations, all on the test. Had some questions about media flow through and media flow around, questions about MWI and moving mailbox stores in Unity connection if MWI would move to new mailbox store questions about local route groups, a lot of SIP/SDP traces and T1/PRI questions.

Maybe 60% of the 102 questions of the exam were in the Passleader 175q .pdf so you need to study and look for more material, follow Kevin Wallace and Patrick Kinane on YouTube, sign on to devnetsandbox.cisco.com sign up with email or CCO ID. and create your own lab. This is the 3rd Cisco exam I have taken in the past 3 years that the dumps were not enough, I was lucky enough to spend months training, dont count on them, they are only helpful as a backup if you forget something or get caught up on something unknown…. and FYI most of them do not give your money back if you fail, thats a total lie, best thing is to buy the OCG, do some labs, have access to some hands on physical equipment, watch videos and more videos, and study as much as you can…… good luck.

I’m currently building a CCNP collaboration Lab and following Kevin Wallace but I really need ISO File for IM&Presence as I did finished with CUCM, CUC and EM now I need to configure IM&Presence server and Active Directory (AD) for Jabber client please assist me if you can with IM&Presence ISO image for home lab folks please. I truly believe that Cisco international certifications success 90% is about getting your hands dirty even do practical lab is not easy but spend more time troubleshoot that is where we need to learn and growth and 10% is just dump etc.

you would not put a transcoder at the g729 location as calls need to be already g729 before they use the site b t1 link to conserve the bandwidth
