just a quick question when taking the exams If a question comes up as choose 4 answers and you choose 3 correct answers and 1 wrong answer, do you get the whole answer marked wrong? or do you 3 answers marked correct and 1 wrong ? please let me know your inputs ?

@Nolan- The marking sheme is based on weighting meanining that each correct point counts but it does not mean that 3 correct answers out of 4 will score you 3 points. hope that make sense

LOL…This is funny but the reality is that nobody has written the exam recently, I have been to examcollections and the story is the same, people that tried it failed. I don’t believe these dudes here dropping lines about how they passed using 319 Q&As and the likes, I know how a person that has passed will come across if they did actually wrote it and passed. I will rather believe somebody like Fernando than these guys dropping one liners to get people to buy their dumps.

I can buy the dumps once it is confirmed to be real but for some dudes to come in here and lie about taking the exams and passing and praising a dump they want you to buy is just foolish. If you have the dump, don’t share it yet if you don’t want to but write the exam and confirm to the forum if actually they are on point, I will be the first to get it…..No need for all the one liners and vague claims…..they don’t even state their scores or talk about how different the current exam is from the former….. I am not in a rush to write it, I already have the background knowledge and skills that is more important to me than the certification, I already studying the video series on the CCNP voice pack…I can always wait until someone genuine enough gives us a confirmation.

I have been lucky enough to work with Call Manager for 2 years at a previous job and was also exposed to Call Manager Express. Right now I just started a new job and we are rolling out the newest version of Call Manager in several offices. I have been lucky enough to be exposed to some real voice guys and they have shown me a lot. However, I still have lots of holes, for example I had not heard of Unified Presence or Personal Communicator. That is something I picked up from my study material and voicetut.com. I will be happy to tell you how I did on the exam and if the current voicetut.com questions are worth studying, but I do not want to publish what I purchased because most of you will assume I am not legit and am just trying to sell something. My exam is Saturday. I plan to cram right up until the last moment. I just want to mention that I did purchase a practice test from one of the major vendors and it has boosted my confidence on how well I know the material, but I am doing more then just trying to memorize 250-300 questions that are available on brain dumps. I will be back on Saturday either to celebrate or drown my sorrows.

I find it interesting that at least one person commented that the questions with multiple answers actually give you partial credit if you get one or two right. I assumed if you missed one piece of those questions it was a strike against you. That might account for the high minimum passing score. I think it was 881?? I tad higher then the typical 70% or C average on a test.

Well my test is over and I came through with flying colors! I am fortunate enough to have been able to do a lot of my studying at my jobs through practical experience and I will not violate Cisco rules about discussing exam contents, but I will say the material I have seen posted and passed around on voicetut.com should be sufficient to get you a passing score. But please do more then memorize questions. It is great to know that you use “password settings” when someone locked themselves out of their voicemail. But if that does not mean anything to you and you cannot visualize exactly what process is happening, GOOGLE it, use YOUTUBE or ask in online forums like this one or even over at CISCO.COM. Use that practice tests that CISCO offers and try to understand why each question is answered the way it is. I wish you all the best of luck.

This Dump is 100% valid. I just took the test today and passed with 1000 pts. 60 questions available. No Drag and Drop.
If you have the actual test pdf then focus more on the last new 45 questions. The 255q from judy will still be helpful. All of those are in this dump.
There are just several mistakes on this dump, on question 262, this should not be a radio button question. However, the correct answers are Pin, Username and Password.
With the new dump, the answer to the question “A user in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration has been added to the Standard
CCM Admin Users group…” is ‘The incorrect group and role were assigned.’ The old dump has a wrong answer, even this dump too. You will see this on Q111 it
will say the correct answer is ‘The add user capability has been disabled for the role’ but it is not. Trust me, I just took the test and got this question right.
Last thing, this question “When you reset an IP phone via the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration page,
which method briefly shuts down a registered phone and brings it back up?” the correct answer is ‘Reset’. Again in this new dump you will see this question that has Restart as the answer and reset. For the exam, reset is the right one.

There is no better choice and this question is usually refering to a scenario where you have a call from HQ (caller) to branch 1(say ext.333) and then it is transfered or forwarded to an extension (let’s name it final destination) back to HQ..

Without H.450.3 the RTP would go all the way to branch 1 and back to HQ to reach the final destination which is unnecesary and can degrade quality.

If H.450.3 is supported (I believe it is part of SIP protocol but correct me if I’m wrong) then the branch 1 voice gateway/pbx will signal to the HQ (where the call initially originated from) the it needs to be transfered back to HQ and they will work it out so that RTP does not travel via the WAN (where ext 333 is) but will go directly bewen caller and final destination.

This is well documented in the study guide you can search for in the PDF and will find nice explanation of the process..

Taking the test in about 3 hours. Primarily been studying off datis-arad site dump. I will let everyone know how I did after.

Passed today (the exam simulator didn’t show me my marks, don’t know why i finished it in 15-20 mins lolz). most of the questions were from datis-arad.com. some questions from this site.
Study the last 45 questions from datis-arad.com for the exam.

Be careful!!!! There are some question that have wrong answers. The funniest thing that there were already discussion about this question on voice tut:

1) Question about FRF.12 (Q74)
Correct answer is B – fragments packets into equal sizes to reduce fixed-network delay
In umm-dump is wrong answer – C

2) Question about Restart or Reset (Q71)
Correct is – RESET(C), not B(restart)

I just read voice tut and other dumps, so maybe I am wrong, but be careful..

@VoiceManiac For Q71 I think the key word in this question is “briefly”. A restart would cause the phone configuration to be reapplied and the phone to quickly de-register/ re-register. A reset would cause a cold boot which is not a brief thing. IMHO B. restart would be correct.

@voiceManiac FRF.12 stipulates that, when fragmentation is on for a data-link connection identifier (DLCI), there is fragmentation of only data frames that exceed the specified fragmentation size. This arrangement allows small VoIP packets, which are not fragmented due to the size, to be interleaved as frames between large data packets that have been fragmented into smaller frames. This improves the serialization delay for packets that leave the router. As a result, voice packets do not wait for the process of large data packets. C is correct.

@morkin Policy Maps won’t help QoS, but H.450.3 can so that call does not go HQ>WAN>remote CM>WAN>HQ on a transfer and use more bandwidth because of 4 media sessions on the WAN link
