Acording the Cisco document, you need to pass ONE associate-level exam to renew the CCNA Collaboration, i.e. : 210-060 CICD or 210-065 CIVND.

I have completed my CCNP Collab certification and just noticed that my CCNA voice certification is expiring in a month. Is there any real need to re-certify CCNA once you have CCNP?

So, talked to Cisco Support, they said you dont meet the basic requirement for CCNP collaboration which is CCNA Collaboration. I have to recertify CCNA Collab by writing 210-065. 210-060 is not accepted as per Cisco.
I have downloaded the files shared by Chule, but please share if there is any new question.

According the Cisco document, if you want to renew the CCNA Collaboration, you only need to pass 210-060 CICD exam. Could you chack that information once again?

I called this number 1800-553-6387 and the operator checked my profile and said I need to clear 065. She explicitly said 060 is not accepted for certification of CCNA Voice to CCNA Collab.
I have started preparing for 065 already, hopefully can clear it this month.

Guys, one more thing.

The Cisco Certifications and Communities Support says, you need to pass either one of the 210-060 CICD or 210-065 CIVND will renew your CCNA Collaboration and CCNA Routing and Switching certifications.

Please check carefully the official information.

You are misunderstanding his situation.

simplyCiscoGuy does not have the CCNA Collaboration certification. He has CCNA Voice.

CCNA Voice is an old cert that was discontinued in 2016 and replaced by CCNA Collaboration, which incorporated voice and video into one cert.

Since has only has CCNA Voice, he has never taken the video exam. This is why he has to take 210-065.

Then the link you shared is valid. You can even write any CCNP collab cert as well.

Chule shared two files, one with 64 questions and another with 370. Do I need to study the 370q one or just 64q file is enough. I have read the 210-065 OCG last year but never worked on video products much.

Yesterday I took my exam 210-065 and passed with 936-1000, I studied the two Chule files and they are 100% valid. I came as 6 questions that were not in the files but it was easy to answer. Now, I want to take my exam 210-060 someone will have the dumps?

Guys I was trying to see what questions are in exams now a days, couldn’t help myself sharing that out of all PDF’s/VCE you guys have shared there are many incorrect answers. I would recommend everyone who’s taking exams please go through Questions and Answers and research as best as you can. I will try to get to make some time and answer as many as I can but my advise to you guys is that Certification isn’t never enough. After certifying please dig deep more into Voice/Collaboration use free resources like Cisco Sandbox Etc, navigate around different options/feature CUCM /CUC / UCCX Etc. offers. No point getting certified and not knowing what technology really is.

P.s: its hard for me to edit every signle file as you guys have so many different files, I will try to come up with something concrete that include all PL. L2P etc.

Obviously do whatever you need to do to prepare yourself, but I really doubt you need to buy that dump to pass. Lots of users on this forum have passed the test over the last three months with the recent dumps.

Keep in mind that there are always a couple experimental questions that don’t actually count to your score, so 6 new questions is really not a concern.

I am only quoting from the answers listed in PDF/Test paper. I apologize if I missed any details, but here’s a quick tip for you guys, If all 3 of the above listed options are given in Exam (without Greeting Administrator option Present) kindly choose Remote Administrators as it makes more sense to choose something thats actually a role then to choose something made-up.

A lot of the questions in the dumps are incomplete (especially newly-added ones).

Just remember, no question on the exam will have less than four answer choices.

I’m pretty sure that question is incomplete.

I believe the real exam question is “When an administrator schedules a multipoint conference…”, and the answers are ADE.

I just want to point out again to everyone… the newest questions in the dumps have a LOT of errors (bad wording, incomplete answer choices, wrong answer, etc). You need to thoroughly research the questions from Q300 on to be prepared.

Guys, I took the Voice exam today and assembled the CCNA Collab (960/1000). Here are couple of questions I remember:

When you delete a voicemail in Unity Connection, how many days is it kept in the “Deleted” folder before it gets automatically erased:

When you change the security profile for a phone in CUCM, what happens:
Cluster wide reboot
The .xml file of the phone gets updated
The .exe file of the phone gets updated

Don’t remember the 4th choice.

There was a question regarding QoS and what benefits it has. 6 choices – have to select 3 answers, but I do not remember them.

Overall, around 45/60 questions were from the dump with less choices/answers and mixed order. I guess 10 of the questions have some logic and can be answered if you put your mind to it. The other 5 might have been the experimental ones.
