what dumps are valid???

Still no answer about the SIMS or LABS on the exam? If there are any, I don’t think it will be anything overly difficult. From what I have read in previous post’, the difficult stuff is on the CCNP-Voice track. I think the CCNA-Voice exam is basically a broad overview of Cisco VoIP, with the nitty-gritty details coming in CCNP-Voice. That said, I would be very familiar with CCNA stuff that Cisco expects us to remember from the Cisco R&S (640-802) exams, ie: Config DHCP/Data and Voice VLANS/NTP/etc. Basically the stuff needed to set up VoIP on the network.

nice to know about your preparation. I am thinking about ccna-voice exam. I have only a little material in my hand, a book on ccna-voice 640-461 of JEREMY CIOARA. But it is not enough to get success on the exam. To make success need collaboration on ccna-voice. Do job alone is very dificult and very hard to success.

I don’t think the CCNA-Voice exam is as detailed oriented as CCNP-VOICE exams. I think anyone can pass the CCNA-VOICE exam with only the Cisco Press book 640-461. From what I can tell, the CCNA-VOICE exam appears to be more of an intro to VOICE concepts than actual down and dirty configuration. I already have some of the CCNP-VOICE study materials on hand and from flipping thru them, it appears to build on the concepts from the CCNA-VOICE study materials.

I am planning to go onto CCNP-VOICE after the CCNA-VOICE exam is completed so I went ahead and purchased equipment that will assist me with the CCNP-VOICE exams. Its just so difficult to learn such detailed material in the CCNP-VOICE track w/o some equipment to play with. I was told by someone who is familiar with the VOICE tracks, the reason VOICE so difficult is the sheer volume of commands, and from going thru it myself, it is true. There are ten gazillion commands for VOICE, so don’t be surprised. That said, anything can be learned, and it isn’t impossible, so give’em hell!! Take care.

Hey Paulie, np, good luck to you my friend. I shared on the equipment I purchased on this page, can see if you scroll up a little. Just remember that you cannot purchase really old equipment like we could in CCNA. The most costly investment I’ve made was the 2811 router with CME 8.6 and the 3560 PoE Switch. While this isn’t new equipment, it isn’t a 2621XM either. I have seen some decent Voice labs for sale on ebay. They range widely in price. I saw one lab set up that was $7500! But it has everything you need.

I have my lab up and running, it’s pretty cool to use IP phones for your home analog phone number. That is, if you have a home number, many folks nowadays just use cell phones and don’t have a home analog line. I kept my line because I like to have a backup, but I rarely use my home analog phone. I’m glad I kept it now.

I think the recommendation by Jeremy in the Cisco Press CCNA-VOICE book to build sample configs in notepad for each section of the voice configs is a great idea. I have started putting a few configs in notepad and hope to get a decent library of voice configs in notepad soon.

Are there any Sims or Labs in the exam?

@Lalle from previous post there’s no labs but u can expect dozen on your ccnp track, for now I’ll suggest you setup a small lab and try to follow Jeremy’s video configuration sections… Good Luck

I just Passed securing 883. Required Passing marks were 783. Total Marks 1000
70 Questions. It is quite easy i finished about 50 mint early.
I went through book about three times. Later concentrated on CH 09 to 17. It help to given overall pic how stuff works.
I used following dumps.
1- Actual Test Panjarakuttan. That is what it says when dump start
2- LEAD2PASS.640-461.V12.47.101Q
Both have almost same questions. after finishing both dumps i went through 9tut voice question all are almost same.
All question were from dumps mention above just sequence of option was different.
Their is no Lab or sim. Just click and next.
I am writing in detail because when i was going for exam there was not much info on site and i was worried any way that all i have to say.

Just cleared my exam now with 1000 score, 82q dump still valid. Pls guys becareful when it comes to these Exhibit asking what should this device be configured? Device name. One exhibit of Cisco Unified Client Service Framework Answer is When Cisco Unified Communicator Version 8.0 is used in soft-phone mode. Next question on Cisco Unified Personal Communicator device Answer is When Cisco Unified Personal Communicator version 7.0 is used in soft-phone mode. Pls guys Remember the version numbers CSF is 8.0 and CUP is 7.0. Both Drag n drops are there on the exam, No Labs, 70 questions all from the 82q. I prepared for this exam using cbt nuggets and the 640-461 manual by Jeremy C and it took me 2 months. Good luck to all that will be going for this exam…

@Usman No simulations/Labs just Multiple choice questions and 2 Drag n Drops and everything on voicetut is on the exam even a month doing videos and manual is more than enough to pass this exam, I did about 4hrs max each day and 5 days I did the dump with 82q

guys the exam is easy no configurations and no simulations just one drag and drop for problem solving. the dump is 150% valid and the answers are correct. all the best to all who are writting.

What is the new questions, one of my friends passed yester day and said nothing is new, all questions from the 82q dumps.

I took the 640-461 exam today and there were only 37 out of 82 question from dumps. @007 was right. There were a lot of new questions. I noticed however there were 2 questions that are familiar and was taken out of the October 2010 dumps which was 640-460 back then.
I don’t recommend you taking the 640-461 exam soon unless you’re very familiar with Cisco’s CUCM, CUCME, CUP and CUPC.
If you’re a guy who rely mostly on dumps to pass a certification, like I do, then you’re in a deep trouble. I’m just in luck to get a passing score of 790.

I recommend everybody to go and try for the exam, but before that – take all question from CCNA Voice – Official Cer guide and watch Jeremy at least 2 times

took the exam today and there were more than 20+ close to 30 new questions from Panjarakuttan’s!! If you’ll just relying pass4sure don’t waste your $$ better watch Olympics than wasting your molah 😀

Cisco V, 17th of august. wish me luck 🙂 I’m not CCNA certified yet but I want to take Voice first because my work is connected w/ it. Planning to take CCNA exam by next week if ever i pass Cisco Voice. Currently viewing CBT Nuggets and reviewing CCNA really looks more complicated.
